Kugarand Theory of Private Equity Investment:

1-3-15.....for every one investor who invests, you'll need three that are excited and seem like they will invest. To get 3 that are excited and seem like they will invest, you will need to expose it to 15 potential investors. So if you are raising $1M in $25K increments, you will need 40 check writers. To get 40 check writers, you will need 120 excited investors. To get to 120 excited investors, you will need to reach 600 investors to consider it.  The reason why only 23% of the companies get the funding they seek isn't because they aren't worthy, it is because they don't reach out to enough investors!  How much time and money does it take to reach 600 investors? Can you even fathom reaching 600 investors? Find a solution to effectively reach 600 investors.
