Whether you are a technician, an accountant, a consultant, own a retail store or manufacture a product, you will always have competition! It is not enough to say that you offer "quality service" or promise to "respond to client requests within 24 hours".
An entrepreneur must have a distinct service, a service or a product that truly separates her business from others. Second, she must stand out from the competition! Third, she has to be able to articulate why her business is better than her competitors!
What makes you special? Why should customers or clients do business with you? Why should somebody stop what they are doing and listen to you?
